I like woot, especially their product write-ups. Honestly though I would spend the extra $50 on a new K3 for a better model and warranty. Worth it in the long run. Even less for someone who doesn't mind the KSO.

The K2 on Woot has free 3G wireless. To get that in a new K3, it would be an additional $110.
In addition, I know some prefer the K2's form factor and ergonomics over the K3, so for the right audience, this is a pretty good deal.
I believe Woot is owned by Amazon now, yes?
Even before Woot's customer service was excellent, so this is probably as good a place as any to buy an older Kindle.

Yep, although that didn't stop them from running a sale on refurb Nooks a month or so ago.

Not surprising - you can buy Nooks, Literatis, Sonys and other ereaders on Amazon. They are sold by other sellers but many are fulfilled (warehoused, shipped and supported) by Amazon.

Actully WOOT is run by 5 different sites, if I read it right. I usually compare the price with the amazon price to guage how good a deal it is. My $85 tablet is on the way! Apparently the WOOT-offs are very interesting.
