Don't forget about dishes like beans, potatoes, veges, and pizza. And we will also follow the trials of a newbie's first attempt at smoking a brisket.

I am no expert on BBQ, but simply an average person that loves it. I have been enjoying BBQ, grilling, smoking, and creating recipes, though, for over 40 years. And this is my approach to BBQ.
