Saving to disc

I wish to save all my current Calibre library to disc but the read-out says: "No books selected". but I can not see any way of "Selecting" the 150 plus books listed there without holding "Control" and clicking each book separately. I am probably being just dumb but will someone take me through the steps of saving this library. Thank you.

You can use selecting the first book, then going to the last one and holding down SHIFT while you click on it. This will select all books from the first to the last. There is also the CTRL-A keyboard shortcut that selects all displayed books. Both of these are standard techniques for doing a multi-select that you will encounter in many programs.

Ctrl + A will select everything.

EDIT: Oops, itimpi beat me to it with a much more complete answer.

There is also a one click solution,
In the column heading - just click the empty space above the first number
