Interface - Button size in toolbar suggestion

The Interface/Button size in toolbar setting in the Preference menu impacts only the top toolbar but not the bottom icons (job,...).
To keep the homogeneity, would be nice to be able to change the size of that bottom icons also.

This will be implemented during an UI overhaul that's scheduled for later this year.
