Table of Contents Not Showing Up When Using Mobi Plugin for InDesign

Hey peeps,

So I'm trying to export to Kindle from InDesign CS5 and having a hell of a time with the table of contents. I'm exporting directly from my indb file and everything looks pretty good except the table of contents is flat out missing. It's a blank page where the TOC should be.

I've tried using the InDesign paragraph styles to create a TOC through InDesign and that didn't work, and I've also tried using the cross reference trick to link it to the other documents in the book file. Both from http://tv.adobe.com/watch/learn-epub...design-part-2/ It won't let me add a hyperlink text anchor, the dialog box just says "none" no matter what I do. I've had no luck with either solution.

Other than some small footnotes, this TOC is the last thing I need to do.

Is there a way for me to do it manually? I'm not great with CSS but I can put it in if someone tells me where and what to do.

Thanks
