e-words..
e-words. They annoy me greatly.
e-book. e-edition. e-publication. e-this. e-that. e-GRRRRRRR! Articles like this http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101118/..._books_catch22 seem to make a e-game out of e-words, trying to rally the score of e-words to as yet unseen e-horizons. When will the e-madness end???? |

That's giving the problem the respect it deserves, Neil!
Anyway, isn't e-everything better than i-everything? Or is it just as e-gotistical? |

This could start a new thread along the lines of two words, just three words, etc. E-gads!

e-book just looks wrong. eBook looks a lot better.
e-reader is wrong because the proper word is eReader. But it doesn't mean electronic reader as in Sony or Amazon. Not at all. it has to do with the program and the format it displays. ePub did it right and started off without the dash. |
