I actually set it aside after reading the first few chapters.

Decided to give it a second go and am glad I did. Was better than I had originally thought overall.

I finally finished Urge To Kill the other day and have to say that I could not put the book down. If you like to read murder and suspense novels, this book is highly recommended.

Also, there is a freebie called Serial from Sony, which has a neat twist for a very short book of less than 100 pages. This will keep you on your toes.

Finally, I am now reading The Mark by Jason Pinter, a freebie from Kindle which
is a full length novel that is a super-thriller that I cannot put down..

I thought "The Mark" was pretty good. IMHO, the author kind of rushed through the late action to get to the end. Still, a good first novel. On the whole I'd rate the Lutz book as a slightly better piece of work.
