Yes, from Sony. BB had sent me a 60 dayback order email notice. I canceled and ordered from Sony on the 5th. 2 day shipping paid.

New to the forum... Has anyone heard anything from Best Buy? I placed my order on 12/29 and my order is still listed as "InProcess". Unlike others in the forum, I have not heard anything about my backorder being extended 60 more days.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Here's hoping that the 19th is a firm date. Can anyone who has received a PRS-900 from Best Buy confirm the origin of the shipment? I believe SONY ships from CA, but I'm not sure about BB.

My PRS900 was shipped by Sony from La Grange, IL on 1/15. I'm in Houston, TX and I don't know if Sony has other distribution centers or not. And I ordered on 1/12. But had to pay full price because I missed the BB sale
