Anyone know what is going on at manybooks.net? They recently added a number of formats and appear to have been down the last couple of days.

I have a query in to Matt McClintock, the site owner.

The last time this happened, it was a hard drive failure, complicated by issues with the backups.

BTW, I heard back from the site owner. He was being hit by a DDOS attack, of all things. Why? He has no idea. Nobody made demands, thumbed their noses, or otherwise claimed responsibility. I suspect a typo in a URL passed to a botnet, and he's beginning to agree.

The site was up and running throughout -- you just couldn't get to it. The attack has stopped and the site is back.

You might want to double check your lists before posting.

Manybooks is listed twice.

The Blackmask link is long gone. A better link is http://www.munseys.com/site/new (Blackmask under a new name with new site design.)

The Stocckton.lib.ca link is a public library site, requiring a library card for their system.

Baen is a "both" site, with both free and commercial content.

There are likely more corrections, but those come to hand immediately.
