Why is it that when I buy a book from Kobobooks.com, even though the book page has a nice looking cover, when I purchase and download the book more often than not I get some crappy generic cover or no cover at all?

I've had a similar thing happen. I've purchased two books lately (Storm Front and The Young Hornblower Omnibus) that when I sideloaded the epubs using ADE got a generic cover (Storm Front said just that and the author while The Young Hornblower Omnibus had the Penguin logo). I deleted them and downloaded the kepubs over wifi and voila they have covers. Makes no sense to me.
