I reckon they will all just be known as Kindles. After all if you want to write a letter you use a Biro. If you want to vacuum you use a Hoover. If you want to read a book you use a Kindle!

After playing around with it a bit, I named my Nook "Lil' Stinker." It seems to fit.
I'm currently in the process of selling it to a friend. She's been warned. |

Damn it! She used my own "Can't it be both?" against me.
Anyway, for the type of thing I suspect becoming predominant, I think "tablet" is taking the stage (appropriate really - Everyone must have one! Take your medicine!). In this house, as of The Loved One's birthday a couple of days ago, we're now a two-tablet family. I just bought him an iPad too. I can't remember what he called it...maybe "Agnes"? Cheers, Marc |
