Worst spelling error ever?

This was printed in the Idaho Statesman, December 26, 2011

Wow! I've always wanted a job as an Adnubustratuve Assustabt and now here's an opening for exactly that.

What does an Adnubustratuve Assustabt do? Who the bleep cares? I just want that on a plaque on my desk.

This reminded me about a joke the marvelous René Goscinny pulled in one of his Lucky Luke stories. Goscinny wrote the script and Morris drew it and inked it.

1) The prison telegraphist receives a telegram from the gouvernor that Joe Dalton, the dangerous criminal, is to be released. He is pardoned because of good behaviour (!). But he doesn't want to leave the prison, so they have to kick him out.

2) The prison director discovers that the telegraphist has made an error. In morse code, the letters A (._) and I (..) are very similar, M (_ _) and D (_..) are also very similar; the prison telegraphist had mixed up the letters. It was prisoner Joe Milton that should have been released, not Joe Dalton. Joe Milton doesn't want to leave the prison since he likes to be there. That was probably why he was pardoned because of good behaviour in the first place. He does not want to leave the prison, and they have to kick him out:

3) Lucky Luke are explained the situation and asked to bring back Joe Dalton. This is his reply to the prison director (as received by the no-good telegraphist):

Remember to substitute A<=>I and M<=>D because the telegraphist messed up again
