VillageVoice's Best of NY 2004

I am a New York City fan, and was happy to find the following link at the Village Voice: http://www.villagevoice.com/bestof/2004/

It shows simply the best of New York City, from Drinks to Food to Shopping...

I've been using Vindigo under FreeBSD to do essentially the same thing, when I travel or speak in popular US cities. The city I currently live in, New London CT. has several hundred great restaurants and other activities (such as the Garde Arts Center, the Hygenic Art Gallery, and other museums, events, art galleries, and so on).

I've often wished someone would catalog New London and put it in Vindigo.. maybe I'll get some local area businesses together to fund such a venture.

Has anyone else contributed to Vindigo or Zagat before? Any tips or hints?

I have used Zagat for Palm a couple of times and it helped me more than a couple of times to discover a hidden restaurant gem or lounge. Greatly recommended.

But I haven't contacted either Vindigo or Zagat. If you are going to, hacker, please tell us your experiences with them!
