Science fiction short stories for 99¢

Hello,

For some time I've been putting up my previously-published short stories as ebooks. I'm releasing two a month. One will be a stand-alone story (or group of stories); the other one of my Frigate Victory stories. Today I'll post links to the latest of each. Each week I'll mention a new story or one that's already available. Here's the most recent offering:

The Last Medal Winner collection (four short stories, 6900 words total): In this short collection are four science fiction stories about war, from an effort to get a hero his due to the use of a new technology to keep a planet free.

I've now started putting out my previously published fantasy short stories as short ebooks. There will be one or two stand-alone stories, but most will be set in one of two universes. All this begins with one of my favorites, a fantasy/mystery featuring Gwen Conner:

"Something About the Vegetables": A young woman comes to Gwen Conner, concerned that her father’s murder during a robbery was about more than just a theft. Could his allergic reaction to vegetables really be a vital clue?

First published in “Symphonie’s Gift,” Winter 1995.
