Changing what happens when I click on a CHM file

I've been working on moving my ebook library into Calibre. It's pretty awesome, and it's a great way to catalog everything.

I'm having some trouble changing the behavior of Calibre when I try to open a CHM file from within Calibre. When I click on the file, it just tries to re-add it back into my catalog.

Other files launch properly - PDFs open in Preview (I'm on OS X), and EPUBs open with Calibre's internal reader. But CHMs don't seem to pick up the application registered as my CHM handler. Is there some way I can force Calibre to use an external application to read the CHM?
