I put the files into the kindle or I need to create a new folder first.
because just I c the files inside the kindle.

You follow the instructions provided with the jailbreak -- typically mentioned in the post where you download it, AND also found in a README file. But typically, most things (especially jailbreaks) get copied to the root of the shared "userstore" partition. If your kindle mounted as drive "D:", you would copy the jailbreak files to "D:\". And depending on the jailbreak, either "Update Your Kindle", or just restart (be sure to follow the instructions provided where you downloaded it, or in the README file inside the downloaded compressed file).

Download the attached kindle-jailbreak-1.14.N.zip file, and unpack it. In here, you'll find a few files.
Unzip the contents of the kindle-5.4-jailbreak.zip archive to the root directory of your Kindle.

Again, the instructions are in the first post. Have you read the fist post yet? Perhaps this would go faster if you read the first post.

I have purchased a brand new PW3 3G+Wi-Fi, made JB with BD method seeing Jailbreak Succeed, immediately put it in airplane mode, and after that I can't install hotfix bridge 1.14 .bin file, and neither could run KUAL 2.6, please help me

What else should I do??

Yes, but kindle auto-deletes hotfix BIN file, here you can see this 2 images with the error:

Hello knc1 I have already put the bin file in Kindle PW3 (usb in root folder), but when I eject from my Mac it appears the following error and I think kindle auto-deletes file and the UYK option appears in gray color.

Also I have copy hot fix to kindle root and didn't eject normally, I restart device and didn't get that message but the UYK option still appears in gray
