Strange behavior in Boston Globe recipe

This seems to happen from time to time- but more often than not.
If I click into The Boston Globe, and then click 'View Sections & Articles' I get to see the Articles and Sections list. It looks fine. If I click into an article, I randomly get to the wrong article. It's consistent for that download, and mostly right, but clicking certain articles for that date consistently go to the same wrong article.
If I remove, then download that date's paper again, it does the same thing but typically to different articles.

can you attach an example epub file of the news download and point out the article you clicked on and the article it takes you to in error. Did you click on it in the toc on the side or the link in the main text of the epub file at the beginning of the section?

I don't see how to attach a file to a post...
Also, I'm using mobi files, if that makes a difference.
Since I can't attach a file, if you want to try it yourself, get the 9/3 edition of the Boston Globe (I'm using the Calibre recipe) and check the story in the TOC titled, "2012 NFL season storylines" This takes you to a story titled, "Gronkowski says goodbyes to friends...."
And, the TOC and actual articles are completely out of sync from this point on.

Let me add that to find that example, I started in the TOC and went in order from TOC to article and back until I found the error. It's the 8th article, and at that point the recipe just loses sync with the actual articles. If you were navigating thru the paper itself, you'd probably never even notice this. But effectively the TOC is listing articles that aren't being included by the recipe, and the recipe is also including articles that don't seem to be listed in the TOC! Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
