Google Partners with Coolerbooks
http://www.techcrunch.com/2009/09/02...h-coolerbooks/
"Now Mountain View has sealed a deal with British Interead, bringing the same amount of ebooks to an online store outside the U.S. for the first time (where close to half a million of them are available for free)." "COOLERBOOKS.com accommodates 19 document formats, including EPUB and PDF, and MP3 for audio books, giving the ebookstore the broadest range of formats available on the web." Looks like the war between Google and Amazon is heating up. Google is letting everyone in to the party! |

Very good- the more the offer, the more our force.
Might think of Christmas early... my aunt could do with a sturdier-looking liseuse, has a lot of free time since she retired, was an humanities teacher, has tons of old books around (so if I could just bring her into the wagon of digitalising the oldest ) and she loves violet |

It's just a shame that the coolerbooks site appears to be so buggy and/or incomplete, I just went and had a quick look at it and either their filtering by devicetype is defective or they seriously have some books listed that they don't have on any format they may supply.
