B&N just introduced PanDigital on QVC. Its now Oct 23, 2010, at 4:00 PM EDT.

Its WiFi, color screen, virtual keyboard and 7" screen.

hmmmm....pretty. I read the FAQ's on that link and have to think about what they are NOT saying....no mention of a 'my documents' option...does that mean you can't download anywhere other than B/N? I wonder....

That is the Pandigital novel. It is an Android based lcd tabled with reader software and a tie in to b&n's ebook store. It is not a B&N product, and is not a nook. It has been out for awhile, and is also at BB&B and Kohls etc... the company that makes it is better known for digital picture frames. It has not gotten great reviews, and ofc is lcd based so really not the same class of machine as the nook.

This is not a nook.

Can't wait for the announcement on the 26th. I decided to hold off on my Nook vs. Kindle 3 decision until after the news is released.

I'm definitely interested, especially if it ties in with the NOOKKids they also launched. A Nook would feel light after lugging around an iPad for the last two weeks.
