Toc Editor alteration
If I wanted to add a level to the toc above h1 in Sigil, how could I do that? What I mean is besides the hard way, that is a) hand-rewiting the toc, or b) restyling everything.
It would be useful, at least to me, to add Title above h1. -Brewt |

Um...why not just regex your headers into the proper categories? if you need "Title" to be H1, and everything else something lower (although I don't know why you want this?), then simply make Title H1 and regex your h1 headers to h2, your h2's to h3, etc. Done in a couple of minutes tops.
