Moonreader + Pro: Font color in dark mode cannot be changed & subscript doesn't work

Hi,

Find moonreader being a quite good reader. However, I have 2 things that I don't manage.

1) The font color in dark mode cannot be changed. Have a look at the attached picture. The blue color in the code part cannot be read in a very good manner. Look at "blue.png". The blue colour is not very readable and I would like to change that color. But I can only change the "main" font colour, not the color for syntaxed code.

2) The Moonreader+ doesn't seem to read in subscripts/superscripts. I have tried to disable/enable css etc in settings, but can't find a way to have it working? subscript.png and ref.png for references.
