Rooting cruz reader

I am interested in rooting my Cruz reader. I googled to see if it could be done but some of the directions seem a bit complicated since I've never done anything like it. Has anyone else rooted a Cruz reader? If so, can you share your experience?

Go to slatedroid. Go to forums. Under the Pandigital Novel forum there is a subforum for the Cruz reader. There are some threads that have pre moded firmwares. Just foloow the instructions to install these and you should be set.
