Not sure at which point the code was lost or if DAiki actually got the books or not.

So rather than messing around with it I have purchased this bundle again and received a free code for the next person as well.

If anyone wants this bundle please PM me and I will send it on.

You don't need to wait if you are the last one in the chain. You can send the new code to another spare email address and post that you are holding the code for the next person.

I have three email addresses which I use. One for my Baen account which is never used for anything else. A second for receiving gift certificates from others and a third for sending gift certificates to myself.

Just be careful. It's very easy to break the chain doing this.

In this particular case there were people waiting on the old code so they will probably be along in the next couple of days.

How do you use another email address to "hold the code" for the next person?

Hi Auricle.

I find it best to have an email created specifically for the purpose of receiving the code.

Also make sure that you are registered with Baen using a DIFFERENT email address.

When you go through the check-out process make sure you put the correct email address in step 5 (NOT the registered one).

The instructions in this link helped me when I first went through the process - had them printed beside me and "ticked the boxes" as I went just to make sure - really didnt want to muck it up.

Its step 10 in the instructions when you use the email created to hold the code.

When someone PM's you for the code, you can reply with the code and/or forward the email on to them.

Because of Baen's new licensing agreement with Amazon, only the three most recent bundles are actually available for new purchasers (with or without a code). Basically once the official publication date is reached for the new books in the bundle (generally around the 15th of the month prior) it is no longer available for purchase.

As I write this, any bundle before February 2013 is unavailable, and the February will be going away very soon.
