You can't, unless you remove the DRM from your library book.

There is no way at the present to read ebooks with ADE DRM on Apple devices. As Harry said, you can remove the DRM and read them. If you are computer savvy you can search online and get the tools and knowledge to remove the DRM, if you can't figure it out... then it is best not to do it....

It supports owned books, but I don't think it supports time-limited ones (library books, eARCs).
