Can't remember the name of a book I want to read...

Awhile ago, I got (maybe from here) a mystery, and now I want to read it but can't remember what it was called. It may have been Sayers, or possibly Agatha Christie. The plot involved two strangers meeting somewhere (perhaps it was a train) and realizing they each had someone they wanted dead. So each agrees to kill the person the other wants dead so there would be no evidence linking either of them to the other death. Does this ring a bell for anybody? What is the name of the book in question?

Since she didn't die until 1995, its doubtful its in pb.

Kindle books don't show it. Perhaps the Sony store?

There is a movie Throw Mama from the Train with Danny Devito and Billy Crystal that has them doing a similar sort of thing.

There was just an episode of NCIS recently where that happened. The two guys met on the train. Tony DeNozo figured it out, of course because he remembered the classic movie Strangers on a Train.

It is amazing the coincidences in life. Recently I read _Flashforward_ and then a day after I finish I read on Engadget that CERN is just about to re-start the LHC again.

Thanks! That sounds like the right book. Not sure where I found or saw it, but now I know what to look for!
