Key Error: Maximum Cover Size

Hello All, I am getting a weird error when I edit metadata individually. Here is the info:

Any suggestions?????

You left a lot out

What O/S (win ver, Linux ver, MAC ver)

Had you set the cover_size tweak? (not mentioning Tweaks is a freebie

)

any possible details about the book and/or existing cover.

Are you running from source?

If you are you need to update the calibre install on your system. That key was added a few versions ago. The default tweaks file is read from the binary so when tweaks change you need to update the binary install.

You have overridden your default_tweaks.py file. Find and delete that file from your calibre config directory (preferences->misc->open config directory)

Or you are running from source and you need to update the binary

Don't panic:

be prepared for quite a bit of additional time to 'rebuild' that part when making the first Catalog

Hmmmmm, I removed the file and restarted Calibre. I also updated to the latest version but I am still getting the cover error.

I am running a PC with Windows 7, 4g ram, latest version of Calibre.

Any other suggestions?

Uninstall calibre, do a full search on your computer for the file default_tweaks.py delete any instances of it and then re-install calibre.
