Merge Books
I have a lot of short books. Is there a possibility, to merge the books to one book?

If they are in ePub format, then you could use the "ePub Merge" plugin to do this for you.

You could always convert them to epub, merge, then convert back to mobi. epub<->mobi conversions are usually pretty clean.
