jbl modified dictionary
is it possible to wipe out the internal memory books and dictionaries and replace it with longman english dictionary commplete in pdf format

You can remove the books and pictures but you need to leave the "Books" and the
"Pictures" folder in the root of the user's internal memory. You can remove all the subfolders under the "Books" folder, as well. You can create your own folders. You do this by using the supplied USB cable connected to your computer. The interactive dictionaries in the JBL can not be removed or replaced by the user. You can add PDFs into the JBL. Navigating a dictionary, added as an ebook, would be another issue. There would not be the interactive features ( the ability to view a definition or translation of a highlighted word ) that are there for the JBL built-in dictionaries. Luck; Ken |
