I was wondering if this was going to happen with Amazon and B&N slashing their prices. Good job, PocketBook.

That's great!

Is there any chance of refunds for those of us who've ordered in the past 30 days?

ETA: Amazon did this for Kindle buyers, btw

Problem in Europe is the dollar course. Without it hitting new heights, you would already be paying less for your PocketBook.

Unfortunately PocketBook USA doesn't refund any purchases made before the drop of prices.

I received my pb360 just 5 days ago, so hope for a refunds too.

Also, i'm kind of mad because my PB360 was sent through UPS to Canada, there wasn't any option to choose for shipping. I didn't know it was UPS as shipping. So i got to pay an extra $94CAD: UPS's brokerage fee ($60) + duty ($34).

so, are you saying the Europeans were effectively overpaying all the time?

That's too bad. I realize you need to draw the line somewhere, but you are drawing the line more harshly than your direct competitors.

Shhhh. Could you keep it down, please? I just persuaded my sister that what she absolutely HAD to have was a PB360 - and she just got it last week.

I don't need to hear about how she could have waited and gotten it for cheaper...

But, seriously? Good deal! Awesome step in selling this marvelous little reader!

This is the company decision. As dealers we have to play by the rules we are dictated. I hope you understand.

Is there a corporate email we could use to suggest a change to this policy?
