kobo glo / android phone not detected

Hi there,

I have two ebook devices, a Kobo Glo and a Motorola Milestone android phone. I am trying to sync my ebook collection on these using Calibre and a computer.

Now, on my windows desktop computer, only the Kobo Glo is detected by Calibre. Here's the log for the android phone:

The phone is properly detected by windows as a usb mass storage device and the android plugin is enabled in the settings. My device ignore list is empty. The devices are not plugged in simultaneously.

Any ideas on what goes wrong?

PS: Funnily, on my linux laptop, it's the other way round: There, calibre detects the android phone but not the kobo...

If your phone has MTP mode put it into MTP mode and calibre wil detect it. Otherwise wait for the next calibre release in which the usb ids of your phone will be added.
