Four writers, four countries, one creature - mostly human

Four twisted minds... Scott Nicholson , Steve Lockley , Willie Meikle and Steven Savile give you Mostly Human. A brand new 21,000 word collaborative novella.

The English Lake District is a haven of tranquility, a place for hill walkers, mountain climbers and those in search of solitude. But when the rains arrive it becomes a desolate landscape where malevolence rises up from the depths and death is not far behind. It has struck before and this time it has to be stopped.

Coming soon at Amazon, B&N etc, and available now, direct from the publisher for the princely sum of 99c

The English Lake District is a haven of tranquility, a place for hill walkers, mountain climbers and those in search of solitude. But when the rains arrive it becomes a desolate landscape where malevolence rises up from the depths and death is not far behind. It has struck before and this time it has to be stopped.

From the imaginations of four authors working as one comes a menace that is Mostly Human

About the Authors

William Meikle is a Scottish writer with ten novels published in the genre press and over 200 short story credits in thirteen countries. He is the author of the ongoing Midnight Eye series among others, and his work appears in a number of professional anthologies. He lives in a remote corner of Newfoundland with icebergs, whales and bald eagles for company. In the winters he gets warm vicariously through the lives of others in cyberspace.

Steven Savile has written over a dozen novels, including the hugely popular Vampire Wars series for the Warhammer Roleplaying Game, Stargate SG-1, Dr. Who, and Torchwood. His novel Primeval: Shadow of the Jaguar was a #1 bestseller in the UK and won the International Association of Media Tie-In Writers Scribe Award for best young adult novel in 2009. His books are available in 14 languages. His latest novel, Silver, is the first in a brand new series described as "The best thing since Fredrick Forsyth's Day of the Jackal" by crime space.

Scott Nicholson is author of 12 novels, including the thrillers Disintegration, The Skull Ring, The Red Church, and Forever Never Ends. He's also published six story collections and two screenplays and edited the free writing download Write Good Or Die.

Steve Lockley has been nominated for British Fantasy Society Awards on nine occasions and is a past a winner of their Special Award for his work on the horror convention 'Welcome to my Nightmare'. He has served as a judge for the prestigious World Fantasy Awards and is at least partly responsible for the novels The Ragchild and The Quarry. His award nominated novella The Ice Maiden written with Paul Lewis, is now also available through Generation Next Publications.
