pocketbook 613 screen problem

Hello,
lately I noticed that sth happened to my PocketBook's screen. In the pictures below you can see waht happened. I have no idea what caused this damaged, maybe it was pushed too hard while being in my bag...

Had anybody have similar situation? Can you tell me what happened and how can I repair it?

I'm not an expert but it looks like a broken substrate (glass under the e-ink layer). If you search this forum for "broken substrate", you will find similar photos posted by others for many kinds of e-ink devices. It's probably not worth trying to get repaired. I think you need a new reader.

Yes, the screen is broken. The glass substrate is damaged.
