Moving books between libraries

Hi,
I recently acquired a kindle and have started to use calibre to organise my ebook collection. I ended up with a 10,000+ item library, which I find too inconvenient to manage as one unit so I'm breaking it up into a number of smaller specialist libraries.

All of which is irrelevant.

I found the "copy to library & delete original" function which does exactly what I need, but there is one issue. If you move a significant number of books you get a dialog showing the copy process then calibre appears to hang completely, presumably while deleting the originals and updating the database. Unfortunately this second stage appears to take significantly longer than the original copy. It would be really nice to have a second progress dialog - one of my moves involved > 2000 books and I killed calibre and restarted twice because I thought the system had hung up on me.

Thanks for a great utility!
