Completely frozen, won't even turn off...

I got my PocketEdge today, upgraded to Ermine right away after reading about it on the forums. The first thing I tried to do after that, take a video of my cat, sadly, the screen froze and has a yellow line running down about an inch in on the left. I've pressed all the buttons and even tried to turn it off, but it won't do anything. This is the second time it froze (the first was while initializing, but at least I still was able to turn it off, then back on), and I'm thinking maybe I got a lemon...
Help?

I had to use the reset on mine once only, and that was when I first got it. I am not an expert, but I think that's what you need to do. Do you know how?

On the top, next to the USB port, there is a small hole. Use a straightened out paper clip and push in.

Did that solve the problem, at least for now??

Can you video your cat?
