Disable search-while-typing for authors in Edit Metadata
My library has nearly 10,000 authors, so it takes about 30 seconds to edit any author name using the Edit Metadata screen because it's doing a big search every time I press a key.
Is is possible to disable the automatic search? |

Not at the moment, but I suppose I could add code that aborts the completion if there are too many items. Can you open a bug report for it so I dont forget.
