My e-reader has jammed - help!
I have a Sony prs 300 and this morning whilst deleting bookmarks it jammed and locked the screen.

I have tried charging it externally but nothing happens even when I plug it into the computer - doesnt even run up the soft ware.

Also tried the reset button, but again nothing..................

Hi Karen and welcome! I don't have a Sony myself so can't advise you. The best place to ask about this would be at the Sony forum here at MobileRead. There will be all Sony reader users and some may have experienced the same problem and know the answer. Hopefully your reader will be up and running again soon.

Hi Karen and welcome to MobileRead. I've had my 505 lock up occasionally but have always been able to get it back by using the reset button. If you don't get an answer here soon, try posting your question in the Sony section as Javed suggested
