PDF Zoom bug

Hi to everybody,
I'm a new user of kobo glo, and this is the first post on this forum (sorry for my bad english).
I figured out a little problem using the pdf zoom feature on kobo glo.
I hadn't found post about this problem on this forum.

So this is the problem:
When you're reading a pdf using the zoom functionality, you can scroll around for the pdf and you get a little map of the page on the corner of the screen.
On this little map you have a rectangle that indicates the displayed pdf portion.

Here we have the bug: the center of the displayed page is not the center of the rectangle (I think is the up-left corner). So when you scroll to get the little arrow used for turn the page, you have to do more scrolls than necessary.
And the rectangle position on the preview is not right.

Is there a way to send this bug to kobo developpers?

Do you know if there is a better format that i could convert my pdf on?
My pdf are scanned book, so every page is an Image, may be this is a stupid way to store the informations, i was wandering if you know a good ocr software or something like that to transorm a scanned pdf to a epub.

Thank you in advise

Fabio
