Is there any smart PDF reflower?
most of pdf reflower change page layout totally, no table and original figure any more.
If there any smart pdf reflower? keep basic layout, but wrap text, remove space between objects. for example, keep tables, but wrap text in cells. |

Some PDF "converters" may do what you want. These typically started out as OCR software but have expanded to include conversion of PDF to (say) MS Word, and this capability is often now available as a stand-alone (but still commercial) product. They don't usually advertise "reflow" as an option but rather place emphasis on replicating the original PDF in a word processor format. I don't know which is best for reflow, but ABBYY (FineReader) and Nuance (OmniPage) are often mentioned.
