It's not a webstore, it's an 'ecommerce platform'. You'd actually be buying the device from "hightontech".

The difference is that ecrater is sort of an eBay for businesses, so you're dealing not with ecrater but with the seller listing the item. In your case that's highontech, so far he's got positive feedback, not too many sales though. And no, the items aren't really my cup of tea.
