I used to be able to sleep in, but not anymore. I can stay in bed and read for hour, though . On the plus side, I saw the sun coming up this morning when returning from going to the supermarket. It's a lovely day and we went to Harderwijk (only 10 minutes by bus). We got back an hour ago and I took a nice bath. As soon as my sister has finished her apple we're going to make brownies, yum. Tomorrow the weather's going to be crap so we'll have a nice day in. Friday and Saturday the weather is better again. We hoped the nearby themepark would be open but it's closed so we can't go there. But we saw there's a forrest across the road from the park's entrance so we might go for a walk. But first: brownies! |

Come on over! I'll take ya cobra-chasing along the Burmese border. The Lisu hilltribes folks around those parts make a potent beverage out of cobra bile or some such. My language skills are sorely lacking when it comes to their dialect, but the drink is like Carolina moonshine on steroids... It's possible I got married to one of them the last time I was through those parts... Not really sure, but I arrived home wearing a silver Lisu Marriage Bracelet....

http://gognarly.com/blog/patent-for-...-e-coli-feces/
Hey all of you diet beverage drinkers, one of the sweetners is made from the feces of e coli. Yummy! I am currently enjoying a Pu Erh, which is made from decomposing tea leaves. I am sure that there was some feces involved at some point which is why we are suppose to wash the tea before we drink it. |

This afternoon we saw a double rainbow over the water. I took a picture of it, the second rainbow can be seen very faintly to the right of the obvious one.
