Post-apocalyptic choose-your-own-adventure (Free!)

As the saying goes: “And now for something completely different…”

“Proceed to Section Z” is a parody of the old choose-your-own-adventure format popular in paper books of decades past. Simultaneously slapstick, literary, and charmingly post-apocalyptic, the story started as a fun thought experiment and wound up inspiring the novel “The Mostly Weird Chronicles of Steffan McFessel”, also by Ted Wenskus and Marcos Donnelly.

There are two ways to enjoy the plot: (1) by selecting what characters do next at the end of each mini-section and making a one-click jump to the next scene; or (2) by reading straight through all optional scenes to see how we mix up the fun and put the characters through their paces.

Best of all, it's FREE. No DRM, no nuthin’. As Douglas Adams once said, “Share and Enjoy.”

It is free at Smashwords. Why you you want to wait for it at B&N?

Will do. Smashwords has shipped it to B&N already and it usually takes a couple weeks to meander through the system. I'll definitely update/add to the links above as it goes live in different venues.

Thanks!

It actually went through to B&N quicker than expected (see updated links above)

The story description that's supposed to be on the B&N page, however, did not :/ Weird.
