Secure Adobe Titles

I have a number of secure Adobe titles which are password protected, so I can read them with Adobe Reader etc. But getting them into Sony format is another matter.

Rasterfarian does not work on them, nor does Able2Doc or ABC Amber Converter. When I try to print from Adobe Acrobat Standard to a document with a page size readable on the reader, it produces a file which I cannot open as it is corrupt.

Any clues how to get these documents into a readable format for the Sony Reader?

You don't. The Sony Reader does not support DRM protected PDF. Neither do the tools that deal with PDF to get to to fit on the Reader. Sorry.

Depends on the level of protection. If its simple password protection it's really easy to circumvent, if its encrypted, not so easy.

I'd recommend A-PDF Restrictions Remover from a-pdf.com. Free for 15-days, which may be all you need anyway. Doesn't handle DRM but works fine for breaking simple password protection.

You can use any PDF reader that doesn't respect password restrictions. I don't know od any windows ones though. You can also render it to images using ghostscript.
