The "Weekend Specials" are unique to each user, my list is different.

I really wish they'd have a decent sale so I could use up my Micropay.

5% isn't going to tempt me.

When I saw the 5% discount in the latest email I couldn't believe they'd even bother.

Glad I only have a couple of bucks remaining in my micropay account. I'm pretty much done with fictionwise at this point.

Well combined with the 30% off of gift certificates and the extra 5% rebate for buying eReader it is decent. Last week was 20% off though and I hope we can get another one of those.

I brought my micropay back to $100 with the 30% off deal on gift certificates. I know they don't have a ton of books right now, but Random House does have Nero Wolfe novels coming for the next couple of weeks and the 30% off on the micropay helps offset Random House's high $15 to $19 MSRP on these books and the Fletch books I'm also trying to complete the series for.

No idea how books that old can have such a high price point, but they are that expensive for new paperbacks as well. At least the combining the micropay savings with the first week discounts will get them down to the $5 or $6 I consider fair.

Well, of course the 30% off gift certificates are supposed to be for someone other than the purchaser (but I suppose I could've bought one for my wife and got around that).

But, I did use the 20% off last weekend (combined with the buywise discount) to use up most all of what remained of my micropay.

My biggest gripe is really the lack of books I'm interested in adding and that was the main reason for the frustration expressed in my earlier post.
