2 lines running across the screen

Bought a KINDLE FIRE HD yesterday am very happy with it . Today I noticed their were two lines running across the screen about an Inch from the top of the screen . When I reverse the screen turning it upside down the lines disappear from what was the top to the bottom. They will then appear on what is now the top of the screen. When I turn the screen length wise they appear on one side always about a inch from the side of the screen.It sounds funny. The screen is not broken or been dropped or anything it just looks like two ruler marks.

I have read about some people having this issue on the Amazon kindle forum. I think you're going to have to call Amazon Kindle CS and likely get a new unit.

They replaced it for me . I had no problems with Amazon.
