Nearest Book game.
I blatantly ripped this off a friend's Facebook page.
Nearest Book Game 12:51pm Rules:
I'm in my wife's office, so the books aren't even mine. The first was blank on page 56, so here's the second: Quote:

These specimens were found in a disused loading dock that had flooded with rainwater and melted snow.

Vern did not have to hear what the child was saying when the mother said hush.

In 1300 an alloy containing 19 1/5 parts of gold and 4 4/5 parts of alloy, equivalent to a fineness of 800/1000, was, however, adopted as standard.

The childhood prototype of "Rapo" is the same as that of "Frigid Woman", in which the little girl induces the boy to humiliate himself or get dirty and then sneers at him, as classically described by Maugham in Of Hitman Bondage and, as already noted, by Dickens in Great Expectations.

A better reply to 14...Kh8 is 15 h3 Bh5 16 g4 Bg6 17 Nd4, as in Miralles - Lev, Groningen 1985/6; but even so, by playing 17...Ne5, Black obtains sufficient compensation for the pawn.
