Romeo and Juliet question

I was looking over at Project Gutenberg at Romeo and Juliet, my daughter wants to read it and I was looking for a free version. There are four English language versions, two are copyrighted in the United States and two aren't.

Since I'm going to the trouble to reformat one of the non-US copyrighted versions, can I post it here? If not, why?
