Internal links in ePub-files broken?
Hey all,
I'm using a href and a name anchors for switching back and forth between text and footnotes within my ePub file. This used to work just fine, and it was a good solution for accessing footnotes without them interrupting the body text. However, this doesn't work any longer. Internal links appear in the TOC, where I do not want them, and clicking on these links within the text takes me to a different position in the ePub document than referenced. I created a very simple ePub file to illustrate this. It works fine in HTML, but stops working in ePub. I've seen this working in ePub files generated with earlier versions of Calibre. Here's what it should do: http://www.fireflies.nl/chapterjump Is this a known issue? Last edited by Portnull; 08-17-2009 at 09:43 AM. |

I would suggest that you raise a ticket for this issue and attach the example file. That way it will not get forgotten which is always a risk with bugs that are only raised in the forum..

When you open the ticket attach also the source files you used for the conversion.
