Nice looking document! The only nit I would pick would be for the Back to Top link to go back to the table of contents page the article itself was visible on.
For example Chinese Taipei pair shut out world doubles runners-up. When you click on the back to top link at the end of the article it takes you back to page 2 instead of page 3, which interrupts the flow if you working your way through the articles. |

You should remove the page number, I guess you just changed the size of the page using the geometry settings, but you'd better remove the footer too.
