Windows 7 access to USB kindle ??

Hello,
I saw a lot of post concerning "how to activate the USB connection from Linux" .... And get access with telnet ...
But for people who do not have Linux, and use Win7 or XP, how to do ??

Thx

What do you want to do with the Kindle over USB? If you just want to transfer files and charge your Kindle with Windows you just have to plug it in.
