Saving anthologies to disk

I wanted to know if there is a way to save a book to disk and not have all authors in file name? For example it is an anthology with 10 authors and if they all are in file name it looks ridiculous and path gets crazy (especially if you use structure author/title/file). How to limit the file name? Could I have a limit on how many authors are in filename? Like 2-3?

TIA

Instead of {authors}, you can use
Code:
{authors:sublist(0,2, & )}
Change the 2 to the number of authors you want to see.

FWIW: I prefer using template program mode to make the parameters clearer, so I would use
Code:
{authors:'sublist($, 0, 2, " & ")'}
or even
Code:
{:'sublist(field('authors'), 0, 2, " & ")'}

For most anthologies, I tend to put the Editor as the author, and then list the contributing authors in the Comments (if I mention them at all)

I just wanted to ask how to modify this function {authors:sublist(0,4, & )}

So the result would be in quotes like "Author & Author"
